I can't believe it I WAS ROBBED
And he got away too, the cops were too slow getting here to catch him. He took my chair and table.... SIGH

Needless to say, I installed a burgler alarm.

    I noticed that it takes the firefighters too long to arrive, too. I'm wondering if this reaction time will be fixed in a patch.

    Heh, I got in the habit in TS2 to -always- install a burglar alarm the moment I build a new home. Even if they're broke as heck, I allocate the §250 to buy one. And I'm glad I did that in TS3 because my sim got robbed on day 2 also! Fortunately, the crook got caught that time. (The second time they got robbed, the son went out and freed the burglar, silly boy.)
